The Cotton Gin Restaurant
We welcome you to join us for an unparalleled Hill Country dining experience at the Cotton Gin. Our food is exquisitely prepared under the direction of recognized Executive Chef Ross Burtwell and complimented by our polished yet “Texas friendly” service staff. It is our sincere desire to provide our guests with the finest in uniquely prepared Hill Country cuisine, seafood & steaks.

The restaurant itself provides a very comfortable and interesting setting. Our patio area features beautiful landscaping with a waterfall pond surrounded by a native Texas herb and perennial garden. The architecture inside the restaurant features unique views from every seat. An actual antique cotton gin and large fresh water fish aquarium will capture your attention as you enter the restaurant. The dining area comes complete with antique accessories, massive stone fireplace, original stained glass windows and our famous boiler room tank. Every nook and cranny has something uniquely antique and often times whimsical for the eyes to gaze upon.

Regardless of whether you are a weekend visitor, part time resident or have lived all your life in the Fredericksburg area, we at the Cotton Gin are here to serve you! Our guests comment continually about the exceptional food, friendly service and unique ambience we have created for their dining experience. Once you dine here, we are sure you will feel the need to spread the word as well.
